Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM. Sunday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Entry is tied to the confirmed two-hour session, and available start times can change by date.
Ticket and Age Rules
The child ticket covers ages 2–16, and the toddler ticket covers ages 12–23 months. One adult aged 18 or above must accompany children and is included with each paid child or toddler ticket. Extra adults require a separate ticket.
Before You Book
Bring socks for shoe-free zones and a change of clothes for the Water Gallery. Temporary exhibitions, Kids At Work and Full Access benefits are excluded unless stated on the confirmed voucher. Tickets once sold cannot be cancelled, assigned or refunded, and late arrival may reduce play time.
