Tour Overview
Experience Dubai’s desert with the excitement of a shared safari and an upgraded premium camp experience.
Your journey begins with pickup from your confirmed Dubai location in a shared air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle. Other safari guests may travel in the same vehicle. Once you reach the desert, your trained safari driver will take you across the dunes for an exciting 4x4 dune-driving experience. Enjoy the desert scenery and stop for sunset photographs where weather, timing and operating conditions allow.
After the dune experience, continue to the desert camp for traditional activities, refreshments and an evening BBQ buffet. Guests booked on the VIP Sharing package receive the premium or VIP seating/service included with the confirmed supplier option. During the evening, enjoy scheduled entertainment such as Tanoura, belly dance and fire performances, subject to the camp programme and local regulations. After the programme, return to your confirmed Dubai drop-off location in the shared safari vehicle.
Duration, Pickup & Drop-Off
Approximately 5 to 6 hours. Actual duration may vary depending on pickup route, other guest collections, traffic, weather, desert conditions and the camp schedule.
Shared safari pickup slot: 14:00. The final pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Actual collection time may vary according to the pickup route, season, traffic and supplier schedule. Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup point before the advised collection time.
Shared return transfer to the confirmed Dubai drop-off location after completion of the evening programme. Drop-off timing may vary because other guests may need to be dropped off along the route.
Important Information
- This package uses shared transportation. The safari vehicle may be shared with guests who are not part of your booking.
- VIP or premium service applies to the camp experience where confirmed and does not make the safari vehicle private. The desert camp itself is shared with other safari guests.
- Pickup and drop-off may take longer than a private safari because the driver may collect or drop off other passengers.
- This tour includes off-road dune driving. Pregnant guests and people with back, neck, heart or other medical conditions that may be affected by dune driving should avoid the dune-bashing portion.
- Infants must not participate in dune bashing and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
- Guests must follow the safari driver's safety instructions throughout the tour. Heavy luggage should not be brought on the safari. Eating, drinking and smoking may be restricted inside the transfer vehicle.
- Entertainment programmes may change during Ramadan, religious occasions or because of UAE government requirements. Desert activities may be changed, delayed or suspended because of weather or safety conditions.
Children & Infants
Children may participate in normal desert-safari activities subject to the operator's safety requirements and must remain under adult supervision throughout the tour. Guests under 16 are not permitted to smoke shisha and may be restricted from operating quad bikes, ATVs or dune buggies. Infants below 3 travel free on an adult's lap; infants cannot participate in dune bashing.
