Private Pickup & Journey to the Desert
Your safari begins with pickup from your confirmed Dubai location. Travel towards the desert safari area in the vehicle exclusively reserved for your booking. Your trained safari driver accompanies your group through the desert drive and returns you to the confirmed Dubai drop-off location after the evening programme.
Dune Driving, Sunset & Photography
Once you reach the dunes, enjoy an exciting off-road 4x4 dune-driving experience with an experienced safari driver. There will be time to enjoy the desert scenery and stop for photographs and sunset views where weather, timing and operating conditions allow. The route and activities may be adjusted or suspended when necessary for safety. Follow the driver's instructions throughout the experience.
Desert Camp & Premium Service
After the dune experience, continue to the desert camp for traditional activities and refreshments. A short camel experience is available where provided by the camp operator. Premium or VIP seating and service are included only when specifically confirmed in the supplier option selected for your booking.
The 4x4 transportation is private to your group, while the desert camp may be shared with other safari guests. Exclusive use of the camp and a private desert dining setup are not automatically included. Camp activities and facilities follow the confirmed package and the operator's programme.
BBQ Buffet Dinner & Evening Entertainment
Relax at the camp and enjoy a BBQ buffet dinner, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections where available. Vegetarian dishes are normally offered as part of the buffet, subject to the camp menu. Soft drinks and refreshments are included according to the confirmed supplier package.
The scheduled entertainment may include Tanoura, belly dance, a fire show or other camp performances where operating. The programme can change during Ramadan, religious occasions or because of UAE government requirements. At the end of the evening, your private driver returns your group to the confirmed Dubai drop-off location.

Allow approximately six hours for the safari. Actual duration can vary according to pickup location, traffic, weather, desert conditions and the operating schedule. The Milantara private safari pickup slot is 14:00. Your final pickup time will be confirmed after booking and may be adjusted according to the season, pickup location and supplier schedule.
Important Information
- This tour includes off-road dune driving. Pregnant guests and people with back, neck or other medical conditions that may be affected by dune driving should avoid the dune-bashing portion.
- Infants must not participate in dune bashing and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
- Guests should follow the driver's safety instructions throughout the safari.
- Heavy luggage should not be brought on the tour. Eating, drinking and smoking may be restricted inside the transfer vehicle.
- Desert activities can be changed or suspended because of weather or safety conditions.
Children & Infants
Children may participate in normal desert-safari activities subject to the operator's safety requirements. Guests under 16 are not permitted to smoke shisha and may be restricted from operating quad bikes or dune buggies. Infants cannot participate in dune bashing and must remain under responsible adult supervision.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available when the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the confirmed tour starting time. Eligible cancellations made within this period receive a full refund of the tour amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, no-shows and partly used services may be non-refundable.
