Operating Information
Trains generally begin from Gateway at 9:00 AM and from Atlantis at 9:15 AM. The current supplier advises departures approximately every 17 minutes, with later Friday and Saturday service subject to the live timetable. Check the current last-train time and use both journeys within the validity printed on the voucher.
Before You Travel
Children under 5 years old or 110 cm and below may travel free under the current published rule; confirm eligibility before issuing a paid ticket. Palm Gateway currently provides three hours of free parking after ticket validation, followed by AED 10 per hour under the supplier’s stated parking terms.
