Vehicle and Pickup
Pickup and drop-off are provided at the confirmed Dubai hotel or residence. A Kia Carnival, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey or a similar 7-seater may be used, subject to availability; a specific model is not guaranteed. All adults, children and infants count toward vehicle capacity. Request child or booster seats in advance.
Booking and Cancellation
The AED 750 customer price is per private vehicle. Meals, paid tickets, a licensed guide, overtime, extra kilometres and additional locations are excluded unless confirmed separately. Reasonable route changes are allowed within the booked duration. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a 100% refund; later cancellations, no-shows and partially used tours are non-refundable.
